Terms of Service, Privacy Policy & Cookie Policy
This page explains the rules for using strategyfor.ai, what information we collect, how we use it, and how cookies work on this site. By using this website you agree to these terms and accept the use of cookies as described below.
Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Strategy for AI ("we," "us," "our"), the advisory practice operated by Brad Bush. They govern your use of the website at strategyfor.ai and its subpages (the "Site"). If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Site.
Acceptance of these terms
By visiting or using the Site, you accept these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy in Part 2, and the Cookie Policy in Part 3. If you use the Site on behalf of a firm or company, you confirm you have the authority to accept these terms for that organization.
What the Site is for
The Site shares information about our advisory services, the book, essays, briefings, and other resources on AI strategy for professional-services firms. You may browse the Site, download the resources we make available, and contact us through the forms we provide.
Not professional advice
Everything on this Site is general information, not advice for your specific situation. Nothing here is legal, accounting, tax, investment, or other professional advice, and reading it does not create an advisory or client relationship with us. Before acting on anything you read here, talk to your own advisors. An advisory relationship with Strategy for AI is formed only through a separate written agreement.
Intellectual property
The content on this Site (text, graphics, page designs, downloadable briefs, and the book excerpts) belongs to Strategy for AI or is used with permission. You may read, share links to, and quote brief passages from the Site with attribution. You may not republish, sell, or use substantial portions of the content without our written permission. The Strategy for AI name and logo are our marks; please do not use them without permission.
Acceptable use
Use the Site lawfully and in good faith. Do not attempt to break, overload, or probe the Site's security, misrepresent who you are in a form submission, or use the Site to send spam or unlawful content.
Third-party sites and services
The Site links to services we do not control, including morehumanai.com, Calendly, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Amazon. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it accurate and running, but we make no warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or complete, and we may change or remove content at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strategy for AI and Brad Bush are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information we collect through the Site, how we use it, who processes it for us, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what you give us through our forms and newsletter, we use it to respond to you and send you what you asked for, and we never sell it.
Who we are
Strategy for AI, operated by Brad Bush, is the controller of the personal information collected through this Site. You can reach us anytime at info@strategyfor.ai.
What we collect
We collect personal information in two ways: information you give us, and limited technical information collected automatically.
Information you give us through forms:
- Contact form: your name, phone number, email address, firm website, firm type, and your message.
- Book and resource requests: your name, email address, and company.
- MoreHumanAI access requests: your name, email address, and company.
- Essay and briefing downloads: your name and email address.
- Newsletter signup: your email address, collected through an embedded beehiiv form.
Form submissions also record which form you used and the page you submitted it from, so we can respond in context.
Information collected automatically: our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs, which include your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and timestamps. We use these only to operate and secure the Site. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on the Site.
How we use your information
- To reply to your messages and requests.
- To deliver the resources, briefings, or access you asked for.
- To send you the newsletter, if you subscribed. Every issue includes an unsubscribe link.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising. We will not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.
Who processes your information for us
A small set of service providers process personal information on our behalf, only to provide their service to us:
- Zapier routes form submissions to us.
- Google Workspace stores form submissions and our email.
- beehiiv runs our newsletter and stores subscriber emails.
- Vercel hosts the Site and keeps standard server logs.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions as long as we need them to handle your request and maintain our business records. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see "Your rights" below).
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop emailing you. Email info@strategyfor.ai and we will handle it, normally within 30 days. If you are in a place with specific privacy laws (such as the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA), those laws give you these rights formally, and we honor them. We do not "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you can still exercise every other right by emailing us.
Where your information lives
The Site is operated from the United States and your information is processed and stored in the United States. If you visit from outside the US, you understand your information will be transferred there.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including serving the entire Site over HTTPS and limiting who can access submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Site is written for business leaders and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or how we use it (for example, if we add analytics), we will update this policy and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page before the change takes effect.
Cookie Policy
By using this Site, you accept the use of cookies as described in this section. If you do not want to accept cookies, you can block or delete them in your browser settings; the Site will still work.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser to remember things between visits. Related technologies (like local storage and pixels) work similarly, and this policy covers those too.
Cookies on this Site today
Strategy for AI does not set any cookies of its own, and we run no analytics or advertising cookies. However, a few embedded third-party services on the Site may set their own cookies when your browser loads them:
- beehiiv powers the newsletter signup forms and may set cookies to make the form work and prevent abuse.
- YouTube videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which avoids cookies until you press play; once you play a video, YouTube may set cookies.
- Google Fonts serves the Site's typefaces. It receives your IP address to deliver the font files but does not set cookies.
These providers control their own cookies under their own policies. We do not read or use their cookies.
If this changes
If we add services that set cookies for analytics or any other purpose, we will update this policy and the "Last updated" date before they go live.
How to control cookies
Every major browser lets you view, block, and delete cookies in its settings (usually under Privacy or Site Settings). You can also browse in private or incognito mode, which discards cookies when you close the window. Blocking cookies may affect the embedded newsletter form and video players, but the rest of the Site works without them.
